First I will tell it’s a copy of paytm, one of the worst copy, I am using Mobikwik from 5 months now, transferring money to bank 4% charge, everything is bad.
Design of the app is also very bad, you can’t find what you want to, no promotion offers, nothing.
if you want to use a wallet always prefer paytm.
I will tell you in details what the problem is, If you add money from payback card, you can’t transfer your money to bank, If the give cashback on something that cashback goes to supercash which you can only use 10% in any transaction, you can trasfer only 490 rupees at a time to bank with 4% extraa charge.
If you loaded money from wallat and you want to return it to bank, you have to pay, I must say, I was never so frustrated by using this app.
baddest thing of mobikwik is the supercash option, I hate to say but, I will never prefer mobikwik in any transactions.
