On 29 AUG 2015 - 1.50PM I tried to recharge my UNINOR number with RS 100 through MOBIKWIK’ the payment is made but transaction failed.My mobile number was not recharged with Rs.100 but I lost my money from Andhra bankAccount.
I received a text message from bank soon after I made my payment.
When I looked transaction history in mobikwik this transaction is not seen there.but I lost my money.
Also when I call, no one is receiving my call.
Its too bad that mobikwik have no value for their customers.
