Mobikwik has been in the market for a long time but has failed to keep up with the rising demands and competition. Back when it started, it was simple recharge wallet but now they offer a lot more services than what they actually started with which I don’t know why has actually backfired for the company. Maybe because they couldn’t keep up with the competition or they somehow have ruined it in order to get more diverse. They have very poor performance as compared to other portals like paytm, etc. They don’t always have a poor processing speed but recently I have faced it many times.
I once made a recharge of 309 on one of my networks and it said that it has been successful but suddenly the next day my network wasn’t working well, so I looked at my transaction from the previous night and found that Mobikwik has given me a refund and the transaction was labeled as "failed". I was glad that they have provided me the refund but a little annoyed because I wasn’t notified that my transaction wasn’t successful when actually in the first place it said that it has been successful.
Also, they have recently introduced the "supercash" offer but that is nothing so beneficial from user’s point of view as it doesn’t allow to use all the cash you earn from it; it only allows you to use 10 to 15% of that cashback, so basically the cashback is more like some sort of credit offered to you and not actual cash.
Their services have degraded.
