I installed mobikwik using my friends referral code it is supposed to give him 50 rs and me 50 rs. After I have done recharge of 20 rs.
So I just recharge 20 rs. but it’s been more than 3 days I didn’t receive 50 rs. not even my friend received 50 rs.
Next day I saw some 200 rs cashback on bill payment of more than 500rs. so I paid my bill , it was got failed on first attempt so I tried once again then it get paid correctly.
Few minutes later I got 200 rs. Supercash in my account and then I tried to recharge on my mobile using supercash but it wasn’t showing option of paying using the supercash so I go to the wallet check again then I found about the rules on supercash which says:
U can pay using supercash only to the merchants ( no recharge , no bills )
( there aren’t any merchants who uses mobikwik in my area , most of them uses paytm )
U can only use 5% to 20% of supercash .
Which means if I wanna pay for 100 rs on something and I have 100 rs. of supercash then I will have to pay 80 rs and 20rs will be paid from supercash.
So in the end there is no way for me to use their supercash . It is not even cash and they are saying it supercash
