It is the fraudulent site, I have loss my 648 at mobikwik.com. I recharged my Vodafone number for Rs 648(net pack), money deducted but no recharge had been done. I got a message that "recharge had been done successfully" but I receive nothing. Hence I report a ticket and after a long 26 day of waiting they mailed me that "the recharge was done successfully and therefore I will not be refunded".
I have Lumia 535 mobile phone with Mobikwik app. Mobikwik has offering Lumia phone for Rs 300 cashback for 12 months. But after two month of use it’s show that "This promocode is only for new user". So, I register my another new number but it’s showing the same problem. Please fix this.
