Mobikwik CC really sucks. I found their customer care is most laziest in the world. Their customer care number is always switched off. They don’t bother to reply to their support email. My Rs 2000 payment failed but money debited from my credit card. After 3 days they replied they need ID proof to verify the payment. I have sent the ID proof to their email 3 days back. Till date waiting for their reply.!!
I suggest not to go for mobikwik as once your payment failed, you will come to know how poor is mobikwik’s support.
