Please don’t recharge with mobikwik.com, because its a big cheat. I have lost by purchasing two coupons of them from Creazeal and koovs. When I enter the coupon details, it says coupon expired but it has the expiry date as 13th march 2013. to resolve this issue given a call customercare they says raise a ticket, so that we ll resolve it. I have raised my issue on 20th of march, but I didnt get any reply. But their website says we ll resolve the issue in 24 hours. I never seen this kind of people anywhere.
I am thinking to file law suit on these guys by the law of cyber crimes. So please tag your hands with me so that we can ban this kind of websites...
