Mobikwik seemed to be good app so I tried it for recharging my numbers due to some reason it failed. They took full 48 hrs to update status as failed and refund my money. I had to wait for its status update and can’t recharge untill it was updated as failed.
Raising a ticket on its application is of no use. A suggestion for other folks you would have to post on their fb page or twitter to get reply from these people. Won’t recommed this app/web site to anyone.
