I paid my electricty mseb bill thru mobikwik app on may 1, did not got any confirmation from my operator money got deducted eletricty bill unpaid, i raised a ticket they within 3 days it will resolved but now its more dan 3 days but still no confirmation.and also not replying to my questions.
Then finally I made a cal to customer care and wasted my 7 rs no solution given phone got disconnected.such a useless app my order id is bill239956023.my electricty due date is 9 may so plz refund my money
