Today, I tried to redeem my State Bank Points through Mobikwik App through MaxGetMore channel. I was having 248 points worth 62 Rupees. when I redeemed, the points from my account have been debited but the wallet hasn’t been updated.
I raised for support ticket for which I will get a reply at-least after 4-5 days as usual. customer response is very slow in Mobikwik! many times I have faced different problem with Mobikwik!
