Dear All, I would like to share me experience with u all to be away from MOBIKWIK app which is really pathetic, its very easy to use but what is d use of app when yo needs are not fulfilled.

There are few more Tickets raised but im not able to attach the experience n voice call recording of this pathetic service customer care agents
1st: I paid my Bescom bill on 16-01-16 n I taught it might have been done but till today my bescom bill is pending n due date is already gone. Ive end up paying the penalty to Bescom n penalty amount is not going to re-reimburse from mobikwik as they can only do fraud.
2ndly same day I tried my Airtel DTH recharge my amount got debited from wallet n no recharged happened. 16-01-16 I recharged n till today I have not recieved any recharge amount, tried contacting Cust Care of mobikwik they said 48hrs on 17-01-16 again I called them on 18-01-16 they asked again 72 hrs to solve my query,
again today when I called up they need 3 to 15 days to resolve the issue. Do I need to wait for such a long time to switch my tv. Bullshit service form MOBIKWIK.
3rd: I tried transfering 7800 from my bank account to MOBIKWIK account on 16-01-16 to transact my other bills. it was showing transaction successfull but money did not came to my MOBIKWIK wallet instead got debited from my bank account. raising the issue since d same day but they have not yet came with resolution. called up customer care often but no good sign of relaxation instead they have put me in trouble as they said that it’ll take 15 working days to resolve my issue. Im fed up now, will be going to police station n raise a complaint n then call some media. Leet my money go but atleast these type of culprits will not cheat d people. Someone has to stand up for this.
