I am very frustrated to put my wallet money with Mobikwik, many times after recharge and even after getting successful recharge done, then also the data plan has not been activated on my Idea num. After several reminders they refund the money back and saying its good news that you are getting your money back instead of recharging my data plan.
They do not have any idea that how people are getting frustrated when they are not getting service after paying the money. Still my wallet balance is Rs.401, I dont know how to utilize it? Can I go to consumer court against Mobikwik? Pls suggest.
