I recharged my mobile phone on a full talk-time recharge and instead of receiving full recharge amount, they have deducted 22 rupees. The full talk-time recharge means we get the full amount for the recharge amount and these mobikwik guys have deducted Rs:22.
After this tried a lot of time to speak to customer care, but none of them picked a call, I even registered the complaint on their website, and have got the complaint ticket, but it is of no use as none of them till now have called me to even clarify the issue. Besides all these wallet amount etc. is bogus, your wallet amount won’t stay for more than one or two days.
Also, many times the page won’t respond while paying through internet banking.
