I have done a special recharged to mobile number (xxxxx) for Rs 299 which offer {Tata_Docomo Rs.299 1250 Local mins} and the transaction id is 13491808697826, I have received recharge but only 266 rs in main account balance, but it should be Tata_Docomo 1250 Local mins.
The amount has also been debited from my MobiKwik balance. I tried to call customer care they said to me call to Tata CC and when I call them they told to speak from where I had done the recharge.When I call again to Mobiwik CC they they cannot do anything for this issued....I was really feed up with this kind of attitude ..
