Fraud - the order still not delivered after 2 mnth

I ordered a case for iPhone5 (OrderID : 3020345) in January and its still not delivered. I keep on writing to them and they keep on giving some BS and now they have even stopped replying.

This is one big fraud I would say. Everything seems good on website but don’t actually deliver the product.
