My Mocha experiences at Delhi have always been pleasant but when it comes to Pune, my views have changed completely. First time I went there with my wife, we were given an uncomfortable place to sit since no othet tables were free, so since we were promised that well be shifted when a table is free, we were ok with it. Soon, we were shifted to a comfortable place.
As we started having our good food and coffee, we were again asked to shift since a new group had arrived to that place and were more in number. We were asked to shift back to the previous table. Staff was least bothered to do anything about it.
Shockingly, we went there again once, this time on our anniversary for some snack in the evening, and exactly the same horrible experience repeated.
This time I asked for the manager, and he asked us to sit on the 1st floor, a closed section which was suffocating, cushion were lying on the tables and even ac was not on. We just left immediately and moved on to Cafe Coffee Day where you never ever face any such problems. After seeing such rude behaviour, I decided never to go there again. These people are not able to manage the crowd they get.
