Today I had the worst ever experience in my life with Modern Automobiles, Chandigarh. They are totally fraud. Their Sales Executive Tilak (Mob. 97800-64310) is No.1 Liar, corrupt. And their Sales Manager Deepak Girdhar is two steps ahead of him.
We are to buy one Alto Standard car and Tilak called us saying that the car is available and we can come and buy it. We specifically asked him if we need to send some booking amount as we are to come from Manali to which he said No. We faxed him the copy of DD in favor of Modern Automobiles. Next day, on reaching their office, We come to know that they don’t have car available and its sold out. When asked why he called us and also shown them the DD issued by the financing bank, he did not reply. We approached his Sales Manager, but he showed no regrets no apologies. We asked to provide their owner’s contact number or any other senior person’s name or phone number. Nothing has been provided. I never saw such irresponsible people, who never care for their customers.
If you are planning to buy any maruti car from Modern Automobiles, Chandigarh, think 100 times before you buy from them.?
