Review about Modfurn Modular Kitchens - chennai
I’ve had the most worst experience with modfurn so far....i just wanted to warn u guys against these guys. I saw their ad and thinking that their service would be wonderful called them to doo our modular kitchen. Initially everything went on well. Sales guys would promise wonders for ur money. They get about 70-80% of the money when u order.
After that they should come take exact measurements of ur kitchen ..from there on problem starts...u have to keep calling them...u will call the sales guy..he will give u the project manager’s number...which he wil nver pick up...then they will postpone their visit to a day or two. U will keep waiting like a dumbo. After that for every visit this wil happen....they will tell u they will come around 10..n finally land up at afternoon 3....again u keep waiting for them wasting an entire day.
Since all their wood work takes place at a factory...any minor changes later on will cost a fortune..they will get an extra 7000-8000 under the name of filler which they will not inform earlier.
After our kitchen work was almost over ..we found that the skirting was not done properly....to get it reworked had to make atleast a dozen calls...since they get 100% of their money before installation.... u have to literally beg them for anything.
Our project got completed in june 2009...we are yet to receive the balance of our filler amount. Called them and got a reply that ... they will get back in a week... have already called them around 6 times for this purpose....they make u feel so small n stupid...
