These guys may comeback and say I am not a genuine buyer etc etc, but don’t fall into the trap of gold coins or hooked up stories they tell while buying the house. And surely don’t buy something called furnishing. The quality of furniture they provide is horrible and they provide it after a year of registration. So you will end up living with out furniture for one year . means you will not be able to occupy the house for more than a year after registration.
Just go and talk to people living in the apartment before buying a house, you will get first hand experience.
Customer service is horrible, they never ever respond to your phone calls so no point buying when you are living remotely and think these guys are professional and reply to your emails.
