I bought hundai creta from Modi hundai, to enhance the look of my car I asked them to cover the side and top with black wrap.
They do so, they charged me for 3M wrap but used a local, cheap product.
Now the wrap is coming out in pieces, I tried to remove the wrap but it is damaging the paint of my car.
Now these people are not taking the responsibility even when they assured me a smooth removal of wrap anytime in the future, visited multiple times to the showroom, spoke to the accessory manager, branch manager but all in vain.
So please be careful while purchasing any accessories from them, ask them to provide the proper guarantee/ warranty card.
