I got my Verna delivered 3 days back. This was my second car from this dealer. For both the transactions, I was in touch with "Wasim". He is a man of words. He does not over promise anything just to sell off the car. Good at follow ups. Very knowledgeable for his job.
Both the time it was CLC(Company Leased Car). I get the best quote from this dealer. They don’t even ask for booking amount. I remember this guy told me "Confirmation on email is enough sir". May be because it’s CLC and I am his regular.
Their showroom is well decorated. Good seating arrangements. People are polite and welcoming(well, it is expected).
I have very good experience with this sales person. I am so pleased with this guy that every year I refer 2-3 of my colleagues to him.
However, I did not have extremely good experience with the "demo" guys. I believe, they should get better training in explaining the features. For example, Verna has got 6 gears and for reverse, we need to use push a button below the shift knob. He didn’t tell me this.
