I had given my car for service at Goregaon Centre of Modi Hyundai. After that I sold my santro car. This was 1.5 years back. I have been getting calls of reminder for the service due till date. I have told them and written to their all possible email ids I can lay my hands on about updating their systems and note down that I have sold this car long back. They promise me every time that it would be done and till date I keep on getting calls from them about my service due.
I dont understand how can they run the organisation like this. If their systems are not updated after getting stinkers from the client , I wonder how much sensitive they are towards customer service and keeping their systems up to date.
I can understand one or two persons not working in the organisation but so many people being careless should be an example which can be studied by Mgmt students.
