Modi Hyundai Service Center in Thane (Pokhran rd 2) they are thieves. They even remove petrol from the cars that come for servicing.No Proper Customer services at all. They cant even deliver vehicles at promised time. I got my car serviced on 11th Aug 2010. They promised me pick up time 17.00hrs and I got my car 20.15hrs after shouting at them. They didn’t even called me at 17.00hrs to tell me that car servicing will take extra time. when I reached there at 17.30 hrs they said its going to take 1 1/2 hrs extra for car washing. Not only that they call me at 19.00 hrs that I can pick up my car last at 19.30hrs (its their closing time) I reached there to collect my car and Guess what it wasn’t even Washed. Those guys don’t even know to say a word Sorry.
After shouting at them. I got my Car at 20.15 hrs. Not only that I realize my car petrol was almost empty where there was minimum of 15 ltrs of petrol when I gave them car for service. And the service guy (Satish) there was trying to convince me that they drove car for trial and petrol went down. And meter only showed difference of 14 km.Take my word guys please don’t waste your money with these thieves they don’t have any customer appreciation.and When you want to See manager or supervisor. No one is there to handle customer complain.
