I am writing this review based on our experience with builder running business with name of MODTEC construction in amritsar.
Builder name - Balwinder singh and Jasbir singh gill both are working as government teacher in government high school manawala amritsar
Builder number - +91950102xxxx and +91828397xxxx
Please before any decision make sure verify the facts from new amritsar people and residents
1 -They are not experienced builder and technically they are zero.
2- They have done 2 consutuction in last 2 Yeats both are with poor quality and consumer case is going in court
3- Do not pay advance payment as they will not complete your consution work and later you have to struggle for refund.
Both are Fraud in nature and do not get trapped .
