If you are looking for getting your interiors done from Design box - a modular furnishing showroom at R.T.Nagar, beware. Maria and Srinivas are smooth talkers and very very friendly till you have paid money and the installation starts! According to their terms - you have to pay up full as soon as the material is delivered to your place. Installation happens after the money is paid up!
They were prompt and got the installation done - and whenever you riase questions like, what if I have issues about quality of items delivered - they say - mai hun naa - with a smile!
After installation is done starts the pain! The handles that they have delivered for some of the wardrobes have started rustung within a month of installation - and after 2 months of chasing them, their true self was revealed - when they came up with explanation like the handles were acid-washed - while not bothering to explain why only 2 types of handles had the rusting issue while the third type did not!
The same rusting issue has been seen with the keys for the locks! The keys were maintained in a plastic bag - and inspite of that have rusted - and the same explanation was put forth - washed with water/acid! And not only that a friend of mine who git his interiors done from the same folks have the same rusting problem!
So, my suggestion, DO NOT waste your hard earned money on these folks! Get them done elsewhere! And in case you decide to get things dome from Design box, ensure you do not pay the full money till about 1 month passes from installation - as the initial looks of the furnitures are good, while the quality of materials is way less than good!
