I got my house interior done from company Fabian who has a store in Koramangala 6th Block, Bangalore. I had a very bad experience with these people and that’s the reason I am writing this review so that other people don’t get trapped by them.
They are highly unprofessional people, please do not hire them for the interior work. They take the complete amount in advance and do not complete the work. They dont even pick your calls.
Also they do not have thorough knowledge about the interior work. They make all false promises in the beginning and also mention that they would provide support after the work has been completed but it’s all lie, they don’t even complete the work.
The lady Indu who claims to be interior designer doesn’t know her job well, she has made all kinds of mistakes in the interior work done at my house by them. They have neither corrected the errors made by them in the interior work nor have they completed the pending work.
I am following them for almost more than a year now but so far they have neither given me invoice for the amt I paid to them nor have they completed the pending items and errors in the work done by them.
Also Indu who claims to be an interior designer would never come to your house to either take measurement, or supervise the work or for the final inspection. She would send her all-in-one employee Naveen who doesn’t seem to be educated in interior work.
Naveen would do everything right from taking measurement, supervising work, taking photos of the interior work done, doing electrical fitting work, etc. These people are not at all bothered about customer satisfaction. I have so many alignment issues in the work done by them at my place.
I am highly disappointed by their work and feel cheated since I have made full payment to them but the work is not yet completed and I am not all satisfied with the quality of work done by them.
