Purchased Ford Figo in Mody ford,
They have very good low level sales staff and they are one who bring sales to Mody. They are very cool and composed where I was impressed to buy the car.For them, once the car Sold is sold, they never care customers .
In my case , Sales person due to some ignorance did a wrong commitment about the product feature which I badly need. After I got delivery , I was surprised to see that it was missing. When I asked sales team, they were sorry for their mistake and humbly accepted it as their mistake and requested to wait , so that, they arrange for that feature for some reasonable price of 7K..
But, Senior Manager there was very rude and he started charging me very high price for the product (12K), saying all labor charges etc. When I argued that , why I need to pay such heavy price for Mody Ford team mistake , he starting saying that , It was my (customer) mistake that I dint check in same from short catalog from website of Ford Figo (Will every one have internet access or think of that !!) ..
It was when I logged complaint with Ford Chennai, about this. In Ford telephonic conference, when I interpreted the same to Ford team, Mody ford Senior Manager started shouting at me that Im (customer) cheat and knowingly Im trying to advantage of one of mistake done by his sales team.
Myself, being Manager in a very big Company, in a responsible position, my heart was squeezed and could not even today digest his harsh words. It is implicit that customer satisfaction is not prime for them but only sales by hook or crook.
