I ordered a 1.5 ton LLOYD make windows AC on 20.08.2018(order id order id 2338607) and received the AC on 30.08.2018. I installed the AC . The AC is giving very uncomfortable noise which is totally not tolerable. I called their customer care for replacement. They told me to send video of running ac for two three minutes. It is very difficult to send such a big file as gmail not allows to send more than 25 mb. Anyway I sent the files through google drive but they told that it is not accessible. Then I sent small files by compressing. Now they are telling me to wait for a long time. Is it possible for a customer to wait for infinity time? I am totally fade up on this e commerce site. What should I do? By observing their attitude I think I wont be able to get any replacement. No body is taking responsibilities.
