Since it was decided never to return to Hasan Motors, it was this now dealers turn.
The Dazzler with 20000KM on the odometer is checked into the workshop. The work requested is
Oil Change
Brake fluid change
Chain clean, lubricate, tighten.
Sparkplug clean adjust gap,
Wash and clean
It is ready to collect after 2 days. And the state of the motorcycle?
Oil change : Done
Brake Fluid : I cannot see the visual indication, so I ask the Service Manager to open the reservoir. "We changed it Saar!" I insist it be opened. When the mechanic tries, he is unable to unscrew the lid. So how did the brake fluid change ??!!
Chain : The grim on the chain cannot be cleaned. The chain, front and rear sprocket needs to be changed. After 20000KM Lubrication, not done until I asked for it.
4.Sparkplug : Not touched.
- Wash and clean : Well with teenage child labour playing around the workshop, what can you expect. His weapon is a spray bottle with soap fluid and all the kid can see is the fuel tank and the mudguards. Even the rear view mirrors are not cleaned, and the number plates are smudged.
Hurray for Hondas CONSISTENT poor quality of service.
