My true experience about this builder. My brother recently one year ago purchased a 2 bhk flat in Ambernath west. Till date I have never seen a builder who cares a lot for the people who are going to buy their flats. My experience about mohan suburbia is that the builder has provided all types of amenities such as free bus transport to go to railway station, hospital, school, mini mall, cinema hall, and all this in the premises itself.
The people need not go anywhere as they find all this comfort in the premises. Its a township project. A new phase is underconstruction. So if anyone is planning to purchase a flat than please visit mohan suburbia to do the booking before all flats are sold out.
