I wanted to share my experience with Mojo Pizza. I recently purchase a Pizza from them using the Paypal offer. I was supposed to get a cashback of 72% which I didnt. I have been folowing up with Paypal and Mojo Pizza separately. Neither of them have responded
I wish I could send my screenshot where I have escalated it to their highest in hierarchy, i.e. the founders of the company and still, there hasnt been any response from either of them. This goes to show how casual they are with regards to resolving customer issues.
My simple point is that dont get too tempted with their cashback offers cos if you do and you get stuck, youd be completely helpless.
