Ordered cake online to be delivered on valentine’s day, ordered days in advance. There after trauma started, I had to change the address to home instead of office, their customer care people never picked up my call for good three days. Fourth day I was lucky, customer care guy told to mail the new address, I did. Yet the cake reaches the previous address.
Since no one received it it was slated to next day, yet it goes to same address even though I spoke to their regional office in Delhi. More so the flavor of cake was not ’mongini’ standard.
