Very bad experience with Monginis Thermax chowk branch Pune. Its billing person first told that we don’t have delivery system, while in-front of me they were doing delivery. Second they told that they don’t deal with credit card. When I saw the swipe machine they told that it is not in order. Third when I asked to swipe then they told we charge 2% on card payment. When I argued they talked like they are don(Maafia).
Don’t know why Monginis allows such person as an employee. Or why Monginis give franchise to such rude and corrupt people. When I called to its customer care no 02240786702 then it was ringing only even after one hours of try they did not picked the call. It kept ringing and ringing.
Think before going to Monginis. They may put you in trouble. They don’t have proper customer care service.
