Many good reviews about monginis on this site are really fake! monginis are cheaters, there customer service remains active only till the time of placing a delivery order then all assholes hide under the cover.
They are cheating everyone in the same manner. I read similar reviews matching my own experience on this site.
They have so called delivery nos and email address which these dogs never respond to once the delivery is made.
The cake I ordered online was delivered on the wrong address and no one attended to me on numerous calls made to their customer service no. The line accepts the call and makes you wait for more than 10 mins each time and then autodisconnects!
If you are ordering with them, your money is going to the drain!
