This online cakeshop is probably the worst service I have ever used. The choices are limited anyway. There are no cards to accompany your order. The payment gateways does not work mostly. But even if you get through all of these, the delivery of your cake is an absolute nightmare. No customer service phone is taken. You can’t know about your order status. I called 20 times but could not connect. Then I called a local shop and he was kind enough to connect me to their delivery manager.
The worst experience was that the delivery boy does not come to your doorstep. He called my relatives to come to a particular place to collect the cake! When asked why he could not come to doorstep, he had the audacity to put the cake on the road and arrogance to say "either take it or leave it".is this called customer service?
Strongly recommend to avoid this cakeshop else your celebration will go for a toss.
