Monginis.net is a very useful website when it comes to ordering cake online. Till date I’ve ordered cake 5 times and never faced a single problem. I do agree that if you place an order very late then they do deliver the order late but that’s our mistake and at times they genuinely get late while placing the order and that depends on luck. Just cause the order was delivered late does not mean that the service is bad.
Their website is really bad and needs improvement in terms of loading time. The website takes 12 seconds or more to load in slow internet speed. Maybe they can do something to improve the website loading time.
There are many features or options that can be availed. By options I mean cakes, E-voucher, flowers etc. The booking of the order is a tedious process and there is a good scope for improvement. I’ve read many negative reviews online about monginis online ordering but frankly speaking I haven’t place any issue. I always make sure that the product placed by me should be placed in advance.
I didn’t like the UI of the site too much but such sites are accessed once in a blue moon so it’s ok even if we don’t see a redesigned website.
