Everyone knows about the Monginis.
This is very famous brand of cakes so for my mom’s birthday I planned to give surprise and that’s why I didn’t go at shop and take delivery otherwise my surprise will be fail.
That’s the reason I chose to order online.
I had ordered flowers and a cake to be delivered.I paid for the online service.
And money was deducted from my bank account also but monginis were telling that we didn’t received payment, but after chit chat with customer care they confirmed my order.
They confirmed that you will get order deliver before 8pm and that was fine with me, but they didn’t delivered it on time.
The guy came around 9:30pm and because of that our plan were didn’t work as we planned.
The flowers that arrived had a torn wrapping paper around them and they were not looking fresh, as I said cake was not delivered as promised.
The taste of cake was very good as I expected and it was suitable for their brand name but the service provided by them is totally pathetic.
I would never recommend their service to anyone.
If you really want to buy then go at shop and buy, don’t buy online.
