We had ordered flowers and a cake to be delivered. We paid for the online service money was debited from our account and it showed payment rejected we had to contact monginis and after hours of keeping on hold on the telephone line they admitted their blunder.
The flowers that arrived had a torn wrapping paper around them and they were not fresh.the cake was not delivered as promised my relative got a call from the shop telling to come and collect it while we were waiting for it to be delivered.we would never recommend their service to anyone.
