Monis restaurant which is situated near Malhar Theatre hall and it truly sucks... its can be put in the first three ranks of the worst restaurents in Thane.. I’ve just been there twice but the experience gets worse everytime... My bad luck that had spend my diwali lunch there with my friends and it was realy wrong decision.. The only good thing about it is the location. The food was pathetic.. the paneer tikka’s were bland. it just seemed that it was covered with some red coloured masala..no where did it taste like a tikka... the mix non-veg soup just had the egg white and 2-3 prawns. although I did put all my efforts to find some chiken, but my hardluck, there weren’t any.. or maybe even if it was there the shredds were too tiny. After tasting this kind of dishes we avoided ordering food and just went for plain chiken gravy and Roti’s .. which I can say was just Ok but not upto the expectation at all..
The customer service was not good at all.. there were sparks happening in the fish tank and two of the waiters were busy in repairing it and unfortunately there was another customer on the other table screaming at the management because he had found a glass piece in his food. The management simply said " Sorry" and ths made the customer more irate.... do I need to say anythng more about this restaurant.
