A very unsafe environment if you want to have a drink or two. Bad service, rude staff. No safety ensured in the infrastructure, being a bar they should have free unblocked walk ways and passages. But they have a 6 inches high platform with a big step without any support which is not visible while climbing down. I have never ever seen such a bar where they tell their customers to drink and then make them trip and stumble. I stumbled upon the step as I was going out, the passage is dimly lit so the step was not visible at all. Also with a big table and a chair occupying half of the space in the passage, there was less space to move freely. I stumbled and fell flat on my face hurting my knee and dental structure. I had to replace a tooth which was completely broken due to the fall. On questioning the staff about why they have kept such a big step they have no answer but only defend themselves.
