Just recently I saw a short film called bypass.it is a incredible film made by Amit kumar. It was just enough for me to relaize his skills of narrative and direction. Before this I don’t know about him so much but after watching this film I can’t resist myself to do a Wikipedia about Amit kumar. I saw a his total filmography. After a couple of days I saw his Monsoon shootout, a crime thriller not only a crime thriller but also it deals with human’s uncertainty in a typical situation of life and death, kill or killed. There is a factor always works in the protagonist’s head that is confusion between duty and true judgement. Therefore we can see that the protagonist who is a police officer standing with a gun to kill the antagonist. But he take a bit of time and become a emotional fool thinking that ’sahi rasta, galat rasta ur dono kee bich ka rasta’. But the matter of fact is there is not enough time to think a little bit about this line in that situation otherwise you will be killed.The story concept is excellent, the structure of the film is nicely fitted with the narrative.At last I would say that India needs this type of content and storyteller more to bring some different tastes in indian films. People should support this type of films more and more.
