This movie is a very good study in family dynamics. This movie adequately gives a good portrayal of what happens when a daughter is about to marry. It opens up the questions on fidelity, secrecy, and trust. There are many subplots, not all completely developed, but like a true family, a work in progress. The total and complete devotion of this family to the traditions and realities that are ever evolving in a family are humorous and revealing. You will experience all emotions when you see this movie, and even some that might have been forgotten. This movie gives the viewer an opportunity to look at ones self, and you either forgive your foibles or you live with the guilt.
