I would give Monster.com zero.The categories and sub categories related to jobs and candidate skill and experience are so poor that a high school student do a better job.Now its full of fake jobs agencies and repeat vacancies due to job seekers sussing this and going elsewhere to find job.It is not user friendly because the site navigation is very slow now and the fact that you cannot easily tell if you applied for job.A very painful process very bad service and support. I don’t know how they can continue selling a SCAM run away from this company.Monster.com is not a viable choice if you are a candidate or in our case an employer.
