I am a HR consultant and I started recently. Having started a consultancy, I got in touch with few known clients and were asked to provide few ab inition professionals. I had to take a portal. Of the few portals available in the market, times, monster and naukri was called for discussion. Times was ruled out as the product is just not upto the standard of the other two competitors. Naukri was god but charges were high.. a little more then 90k. Monster gave me a good deal.. full database at 66k with 12 part payments . I was happy and subsribed immediatly..
The database was a cappe ddatabase.. I never had an access to all profies. It was never disclosed to me when I took the product. Today, they are not willing to budge, they are not even willing to apologise. I stopped my subsequent payments..and they have in return threatened to sue me. They state.. since, I have lesser budget, they decided to give me the smaller variant database.
If anybody has faced a similar problem, pls let me know. I would want to stop the access and take either times or naukri. I had enough of monster.
