Yes it does help to go and put ur resume on Monster. Lot of ppl here in Us would have seen the ad, ’’Good morning Mr. Johnson’’. If you have not it is good but don’t expect them to give you that kind of service. But still they are good. I can rate the site in few things:

2.) Performance (speed and general bugs)....Very Good
3.) Effective, how many calls you get, and how many companies advertising mean business.---- Very Good.

Only better site I feel is CareerBuilder.com, its something like CNET.com for electronics. It lets you search for jobs in 50 or may be more sites at one go.
