They tell monster is a global online employment for those people seeking jobs and the employers who needs great people. They have been doing this for 20 years it seems. But why is that so none of them get any calls from employers or job providers. It will be good to type best things about a website, but it has to be proven too with good results.
Service & Support:
A website will be successful only if they provide proper responses to job seekers with no fake information. But here there is no support for the users, no proper service is provided. They will attract you by telling to afford these services you will be getting so many interview calls, but the fact is you don’t get anything once you pay for your service.
Information Depth:
They provide faulty information which is not updated or maintained at all. All your information is not maintained directly by monster instead they pass it to all different companies.
Content:
They provide unsatisfactory contents which has to get improved on quality.
User Friendly:
A system will be user friendly if and only if they pay attention to their user’s needs and importance. But here they don’t send any job information to users. They aren’t user friendly.
Time to load:
It loses connection often and takes more time to execute. Very slow movements.
Their quote is "We Connect People and Job Opportunities".
But here the connection is very weak and lost already.
Don’t get trapped here.
