I subscribed for their bundled services on May 30, hoping they will help me to find a good job opportunity. Alas, my dream shattered because they were unable to deliver a product which they promised even in 45 days time. They never paid heed to any of my requests and went on their own without checking if I am satisfied with the product or not. The company as a whole doesn’t have a culture of replying to customtakeouter’s mails and people used to sit on mails for several days at a stretch.
They know it very well how to make somebody so frustrated that he/she can literally beg them for mercy.
One of the most amazing facts, in real they don’t have any escalation mechanism for resolving issues related to customtakeouter service. Even for your satisfaction you can write mails to all their escalation points mentioned but nothing works when you need them. Nothing has worked for me even after writing mails to their highest authorities at crhead@monsterindia.com and ceo@monsterindia.com.
