I have just completed my MBA and I am in search of Job. I uploaded my updated resumes on almost all the job sites as a normal fresher MBA can do. In last 3 months or so, interestingly I appeared for 4-5 interviews in companies like SMSCOUNTRY , AARTI INDUSTRIES, etc. and all the recruiters had got my resume on the Monster.com. Before entering in the job market I was expecting many calls from Naukri.com (as I had experienced their service after my B.Tech in 2005), but the things were completely reversed. I even uploaded my resume in firstnaukri.com but nothing worked. So in last 3 months due to opportunities given by Monster.com I was actually planning to take paid services from them so that I can get a high salaried job which has become difficult nowdays for a fresher.
But after reading all the reviews of the people about Monster.com I have completely changed my plans. I seriously don’t want to fall in the trap in which others have already fallen. Thanks to all you guys and Mouthshut.com for such a wonderful information base.
I will not buy any paid services from Monster, but due to the interview calls which I got till now from Monster I am little bit confused about their credibility. Naukri people called me only for RESUME-SERVICES ( to take money :)) and not a single interview call due to them. So guys which one is better service which can increase your chances of getting a good job (I will not use word ’Guarantee’, as no one can give guarantee of providing you job). Let’s see!!!
