Don’t be fooled.i guess all the good reviews written for Naukri are been faked by some1 from naukri only.
I have myself taken paid premium services of naukri.which were actually absolutely crap. If you post resume on naukri then you start getting marketting calls rather than any job calls.if you check recruiters views there are hardly any coz these guys have sold their database to only cheaters which in turns pushes your resume down in the que.
I am an HR professional with more than 16 years of experience.i just wanted to check how naukri was doing.
Infact I would suggest guys not to even waste their time posting their resumes on naukri.monster is far more efficient and worth while.
Secondly for recruiters.if you want apt data base of live candidates looking out for immediate job change.pl refer to monster. Its worth it. People are now moving off naukri these days.
