One of the milk packets was leaking when i was in the baggage section, since the milks were in the paper bag that’s why i didn’t notice the leakage but That old dimwitted rude old guy from the baggage counter said that i was not allowed to replace the milk packet and I didn’t even leave the store area . He handed me an old dust filled plastic bag from the floor of the baggage counter and asked me to put the leaked milk packet in there and asked me to take it home that way in that dust filled bag in these corona sensitive times. The whole proof is there in the cctv footage too if you think that I’m telling a lie.More should take strict action against that rude person from baggage counter. First he refused to let me replace the milk packet while I’m still inside the store and 2nd issue is that he asked me to take the milk packet in that dust filled bag in these corona sensitive times , he even made me put the milk packet in the bag
